On May 12, 2026, a ceremonial meeting of the Senate of Lodz University of Technology was held at Alchemium to celebrate the promotion of doctoral and postdoctoral graduates.

From September 2-5, 2025, during the "International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO" held in Kielce, the Department presented a heated suit for mountain rescuers at the Lodz University of Technology booth.

The 1st National Congress "Science for Business. PARTNERSHIP. ACTION. PROGRESS," organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Łukasiewicz Research Network, took place at EXPO XXI Warsaw from November 19th to 21st, 2025. The event was partnered by the National Centre for Research and Development. It was the first event of this scale in Poland dedicated to strengthening cooperation between science, business, and administration.

We are delighted to announce that on October 14, 2025, the Discipline Council of Automation, Electronic, Electrical Engineering and Space Technologies at the Lodz University of Technology awarded the degree of postdoctoral degree in technical sciences to Grzegorz Jabłoński, an employee of the Department.
